  • How do I place an order?

  • Do I have to pay in order to book?

Yes, all orders require a 50% deposit in order to book. 



  • How many servings should I order for?

Typically, not all guests will indulge in the dessert table, so order for at least 70-80% of the guests you expect to have.



  • Do you offer cake tastings?

Sample packages are offered. Please include within your inquiry submission if you are interested.



  • Do you offer bundled packages?

Bundled packages are offered. Please include within your inquiry submission if you are interested.



  • Can I do more than one cake flavor if I order a tiered cake?

Yes, each tier can have a different cake flavor.



  • How far in advance should I order?

We ask that you order at least 3 weeks prior to your event date, but bookings are available as early as 6 months prior to the current calendar date. 



  • Do you take last minute orders?

Last minute orders are taken on a case by case basis. Full price will be due upfront and the order will include a rush fee of $35 if accepted. **These do not qualify for a refund of ANY amount under any circumstances.



  • What is considered a last minute order?

A last minute order is any order needed within 3 weeks or less. The earlier you book, the better.



  • Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is a minimum order requirement of at least 2 dozen cupcakes or specialty treats combined.



  • Do you offer delivery services?

We do not currently offer delivery services. All orders are to be picked up. **If the cake is more than two tiers tall, delivery will be optional at an additional cost if we are available.



  • What are your acceptable payment methods?

We accept payment via CashApp or Zelle.



  • When is my balance due?

All balances are due 7 days prior to your pickup date. Without your balance paid, there will be no scheduled pickup.



  • Where are you located?

We are located in Houston, Texas.



  • Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan cake and cupcake options?

At this time, we do not offer Gluten Free or Vegan options.



  • What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time. However, the initial 50% deposit is strictly non refundable and non transferable, so please make sure you have 100% certainty when booking. Under special circumstances, some orders may require full payment upfront, such as our bundled packages. If your order is paid in full, if cancelled within 3 weeks of your event date 50% will be refunded. Otherwise, the full amount is forfeited. This is due to the fact that early preparation and item ordering is done immediately, which requires upfront payment.
